Paris duo Antraum - the long-running project of Anton and Traumer - return to the sushi-themed Omakase label for its seventh release: Kanton and company are 12"-bound brighteners, built on the crucial foundations of singer Happie's vocals. Known more for her folk-rooted songwriting, Happie lets turn the hinge of progressive breaks, allowing Antraum's to splice, bend and uplift her low alto. Her vocals are a tonal lodestar, and with their sense of ease and slow outlet, are a good suit for the Japanese phrase making up the label name, meaning "I'll leave the choice to you".
