Various Artists, Purple Print Compilation 2 EP

$30.00
Out of Stock

The vinyl-only label Purple Print has become a strong player in the minimal scene in a short space of time, with the likes of Sepp, Delaj, Bisharat and Vid all offering their considerable wares into the growing catalogue since 2021. Their compilation 12" was just as on-point in 2023, and now they're back with a second volume which is not to be missed. Avidel leads the way with the seductive, vocal laced groover Someone, while Lukea follows up with a dub techno-tinted workout entitled Crescent Moon. Octave and Nicolas Duvoisin do some smart r&b sampling for undulating roller Wanna Be Down and Zenk creates a sparkling sunrise reverie with Dreaming In A Shell, a stripped back but detailed and distinctive workout which ends the record on a high note.
